“服務很好、房間整潔，在纜車跟畫眉小鎮附近，因此到12點都還比較吵，沒有電梯稍顯不方便，沒有冷氣所以房間很熱，早餐7:30供應，對於商務有點略晚。”

“The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”

Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. Her attitude improved the next morning but still left a bad taste. ”
