“The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. ”

“Séjour en famille avec nos deux enfants à bas âge. Prévenez l’hôtel à l’avance si vous avez des enfants pour un lit bébé éventuellement. Les lits sont très grands les chambres espacieuses avec des meubles de qualité tenues au propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et est réactif aux demandes. “Stayed overnight. No water I couldn't wash myself, a/c bearly working, no internet connection, no bar to have a coffe fresh water, no restaurant to have a meal, staff barely talking at all in any language....realy sad atmosphere.
