“This home sits right on the water! It is beautiful! We watched ships roll by, ducks bobbing on the water, and flocks of geese flying and landing on the water. The view from both lower and upper decks are amazing! We spent lots of time on the decks even though it was cold - we just covered ourselves with blankets. “The Red Oyster House (ROH) is just as charming as can be. The hosts have put a lot of thought into the details and have provided many amenities, both small and large. Bathrooms are well-appointed with supplies and, most importantly, lots of hooks! The kitchen is quite small and not great for cooking large, complicated meals, but it is well-equipped. We made use of the gas grill. The fire pit area (firewood provided!) is a lovely area in which to hang out at sunset. The sunroom, which runs……

“This house is beautiful and has everything anyone could ask for. The scenery is spectacular too. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the sun set, just listening to the water and enjoying a fire on the beach. The kitchen is any cook's dream! The owners are wonderful and communicated with us wonderfully. We would give it a 10 rating if possible and will certainly be back. One of our best vacations!”

Note that the cottage shares the property with the main house.
