“Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants. The hotel was perfect and classic, with live music on the evening that we stayed. The parking garage is private and less than a block away. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“Check in, bar, and valet were superb We ate at Subito for dinner and everything was excellent. Breakfast, on the other hand, was understaffed. We left after being seated for 30 minutes without seeing a waitress. Room service coffee was terrible but the Starbucks at the bar was great. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will be back”

“We loved staying at this property! Ralph, the host, was wonderful and such a good communicator. Whatever you needed, Ralph was there to help.The condo was in the perfect location to walk everywhere. “Very cute and artsy studio apt! Had everything we needed, was close to where we needed to be, and it was a very short walk to food/bars in OTR neighborhood. The parking pass was CLUTCH when street parking was full, and the garage is very close. Note: There is a narrow/steep stairwell to get to unit (just to keep in mind for anyone with mobility issues)Would definitely stay again!”

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
