“We had 13 out of town guests ages 5-75 who shared lodging at The Convent. It was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators. We used them all as well as ample counter space for meal prep. Our family loved the location close to the zoo and Reds stadium. Host Greg was exceptional, easy to contact before, during and after our stay. I give The Convent my highest recommendation!”

“The property and the service are great. However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle. To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. ”
