“Staff services are above and beyond ”

“Shower not clean; candy wrapper and a chunk of soap stuck in drain. Green finger paint in tub. Wall plates cracked; large smoke stain coming out of electrical socket. Walls very dirty; metal fixtures in bathroom rusting/corroding. Floors extremely dirty. Curtain does not completely close. Very dim lighting in room. A large round smoke stain on the ceiling. TV did not work. However, the staff is pleasant. Will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again; absolutely never. ”

“Clean room. Good location for concert at Riverbend as it is self parking and you don’t have to mess with downtown. Downside is not a lot of food options near by for after the show.”

“This is a fairly new property and it is in great shape. The young lady that checked us in was outstanding. All of the staff were very friendly. The room and bed was first rate. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Hotel was very clean and staff were very respectful and friendly, even the cleaners when you just pass by!! It’s your typical average hotel with no problems to run in to. Beautiful patio for walking around. Only down side was all of the surrounding construction, but that’s not the hotels fault. The breakfast options were very limited as well, but still lovely that they The walls are super thin though so expect to hear your neighbors! Especially when showering. It wasn’t an inconvenience to……

“Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants. The hotel was perfect and classic, with live music on the evening that we stayed. The parking garage is private and less than a block away. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.”
