“We were a family of 4, we did bring an air mattress to help with sleeping due to only a queen in the bedroom and sofa. We didn't want to deal with the sofa bed every morning. It was great though. The location is AMAZING and in the middle of everything. The only time we drove anywhere was to go to Kennedy Space Center which was about a 30 minute drive. The book left for information guided us towards a great breakfast place on the way out (Southern comfort cafe, I believe). I love the beach and……

“So happy I chose this condo for our family/friend stay at Cocoa Beach. The condo is right on the beach and has a pool which in our vaca is like having the best of both worlds. The balcony is absolutely wonderful to sit out & watch the sunrise or have drinks in the evening. Great walking distance to bars, restaurants and boutiques. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. We had an issue with the door, but the Lihua was able to help us immediately.Coconuts on the Beach & Jazzy Mainly Lobster……

“It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.”

“The townhouse is super cute! Easy to find via google map. You can see the ocean from the balcony and it’s a quick walk across the road to the beach. Overall clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I’ve actually thought about doing a joint family trip and using both town houses to sleep 10 comfortably. The owners are very relaxed and easy to get ahold of for questions. I am so glad they are property owners in Cocoa Beach so that we have a place to look forward to staying on our……
