“This was our Fourth time here. We love the proximity to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Close to Patrick’s AFB since we are retired military. So this is a huge plus for us. Love Meg O’Malleys in Melbourne since we are Irish. Lots of lovely restaurants. Quiet beaches all around if you like peace and quiet. Hope to be back soon. Had a lovely time!”

“Gorgeous house and property. House was very comfortable. It’d be great to have more lawn furniture to enjoy the amazing views Fishing off the dock, kayaking with dolphins, walk to the ocean, bike into town. I couldn’t get over how beautiful this spot on the river is. We had a great time here. Thank you!”

“The house was perfect for our two families to stay at. We enjoyed the pontoon, kayaks, bike, electric scooters, golf cart, body boards, beach equipment, pool, hot tub, and pool patio. When we were not at the beach we were in the pool or cruising in the pontoon fishing. We even got to see a manatee and dolphin from the house dock. Host was very laid back and accommodating with any questions through out our stay. Since it was during Christmas, they even put up a Christmas tree for us so we……
