“Fun experiences, location of the property was walking distance close to the Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and Publix. Enjoyed sitting by the pool overlooking the Banana River, very relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for walking our dog. The house was spacious, great floor plan and clean. The owner was easy to work with.”

“Mar Azul was walking distance to the beach and Pier, on a quiet side street. Don’t worry about the proximity to Publix, we only occasionally heard delivery trucks and no other traffic. The place was a great size, well-stocked, and very clean. We were there for 6 weeks and had a few short term visitors who all had fun. ”
