“Always our top place to stay when in Columbus ”

“It was overall amazing, the parking was weird and was confusing but once you got the hang of it it got easier? But you also have to pay for parking? Which i found weird plus a deposit for a safe your not ganna need so make sure to plan a extra $160 for parking and deposit, it was close to the venue and we just door dashed food so we didn’t have to drive out more than we had to but over all despite extra money I wasn’t expecting to spend for parking and the weird parking arrangements it was a……

“We had a really lovely room with a view of the river. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Staff who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast included eggs, meat, French toast/pancakes and oatmeal, along with other breads, juices and coffee. All staff at the hotel were pleasant. Didn't swim in the pool but it looked nice and was warm. I would stay here again.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff were always helpful and courteous. The food at breakfast and kickback (which is an amazing offering) was great. The indoor/outdoor pool was so much fun for the kids. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Even parking in the "bat cave" was cool. I am happy to switch to the Drury brand after staying here.”

“Bathroom conditions had an issue, water pressure to low and shower cubic too small. Towels’ quality is super , good location for attending events at convention center”

“We really liked the style of the hotel. It was very stylish, clean, and extremely modern. Except, it wasn't easy figuring out the elevators or where the room was. Just new and different. Room was large and very nice. I will definitely stay there again. What I didn't like is that having a person at the "front desk" was not always good. I waited and asked around a few times becuase there was no one there a couple of times...for a while....”
