“Seth was very responsive, the place was so comfortable and clean, and close to all of our favorite destinations in Hot Springs. I will definitely recommend this place. They provide nice cooking tools, bathing amenities and even a little bingo game. Overall, we are satisfied.”

“A nice little place close to downtown. Perfect location for events at the convention center. The area is older but I had no issues during my stay. Easy check in, home was comfortable and clean. The only suggestion I have for the homeowner would be to manicure the overgrown bushes and weeds outside of the home and porch area. ”

The attention to detail went above and beyond. The led color changing lights throughout were a nice treat after a long day of activities. There were suggestions of food venues (super helpful when arriving with always hungry kids). PS. The balconies are perfect for people watching in the evenings. ”

“Communication with the owners was excellent They went out of their way to be of service to us The house fit our needs very well and like any older home there's usually something that doesn't work but I can't remember finding anything that really didn't work The shower downstairs you have to wait a couple of minutes for the pressure to build up I don't know what that's all about but the house worked out perfect for us”
