“Super clean and super cute, this one bedroom is my favorite stay so far and it will be my new regular stay for my Hot Springs trip. The bed was memory foam heaven and the fact the couch lays out into another sleeping place is great. Another thing I loved is it was set up fo dog parents, food bowls, dog bed (my dog actually used the couch when it was laid flat - I brought sheet to go over it - the dog bed was more small/medium size), dog treats and a leash hanger with poop bags by the door. “This is an older home with a lot of character. Property had everything we needed and was close to the convention center and Oaklawn. Parking was limited to the street. So, keep in mind if you are hauling a boat. ”

“This was our first time to visit Hot Springs, Arkansas. This was the best location for an easy walk to bathhouse row and central avenue. It was the perfect size for two couples. King beds were comfy as well. We enjoyed the complimentary items (coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) as well. ”
