“We were here for the weekend for horse racing. The apartment was quiet and a quick walk to the race track. The apartment was clean and furnished nicely. ”

“This cozy cottage will not disappoint and is true to the photos. It is very comfortable and served as our home away from home while visiting Hot Springs. Everything you may need is provided, and then some. The water pressure in the showers is amazing! It is in walking distance to Oaklawn race track and close to Central Avenue and downtown Hot Springs. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. ”

Yes, it is conveniently close to the casino/track.The beds are all new with nice clean bedding and plenty of extra blankets. Lots of towels and dishes. The house was overall really clean and fresh updates. Love me the coffee in the morning! ”
