“We had our entire family gather here for a long 4 day weekend - 12 adults, 4 kiddos and 1 infant!There was more than enough sleeping space and the 2 separate casitas were great for those that wanted a little more seclusion! The property is beautiful and very rustic and our kiddos had a blast! We floated the river 2 days and got to all go and watch Pawpaw play in a Sr Softball tournament! We cooked all of our meals together and had everything we needed!Fun family memories that will last a……

“Clean, modern, spacious and really close to TXSU. Pool was very nice. All the amenities you’d need, even pool towels. We had a great time. Everyone had a bed and there was lots of room. Checking in was easy and communication went great too. We loved this house and will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time!”

It’s best for two but we only needed the couch bed for one night as our daughter only stayed with us the night before orientation started.Location is super close to campus. You could walk if you don’t mind walking up a very steep hill. The welcome gift of wine and a 30 gift certificate to the Palmer Restaurant was much appreciated.
