“For over 5 years my best friend and I have gone to float the river. This year we stayed here for the first time. It was so perfect we skipped floating the river and laid at the pool both days!! The pool view and vibe is perfect! The apartment is clean cozy with a perfect patio yo sit on in the night and relax. O have highly recommend this very cute and relaxing apartment!”

“My teen daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Riverscape B! The house was super cute and very nice. Great views of the River and area! Walkable to the fun. Comfy beds, cozy couches. Had all we needed and more! Thanks for the hospitality! We walked down to the River - getting back up was a bit tricky ha - it would be awesome to have direct access to the bank and the water in the future! I know it's brand new! ”

“We had our entire family gather here for a long 4 day weekend - 12 adults, 4 kiddos and 1 infant!There was more than enough sleeping space and the 2 separate casitas were great for those that wanted a little more seclusion! The property is beautiful and very rustic and our kiddos had a blast! We floated the river 2 days and got to all go and watch Pawpaw play in a Sr Softball tournament! “Clean, modern, spacious and really close to TXSU. Pool was very nice. All the amenities you’d need, even pool towels. We had a great time. Everyone had a bed and there was lots of room. Checking in was easy and communication went great too. We loved this house and will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time!”

“Myself, husband, and 18 year old daughter were in town for TXST new student orientation. The home was neat and tidy. It’s best for two but we only needed the couch bed for one night as our daughter only stayed with us the night before orientation started.Location is super close to campus.
