“Absolutely LOVE the Gruene River Hotel & Retreat! So many great things about it, I don't know where to start -- location, service, friendliness, free breakfast, added touches that most hotels do not do. I will be staying here every time I go to New Braunfels!”

“We would definitely stay here again! This was the first time we stayed at WorldMark, and it was just for a few days, since it was on the way to another destination we were heading to. After seeing the property, and all it had to offer, we would definitely stay here for vacation! After reading some of the reviews, we had our reservations about staying here, because we didn't want to hear any sales pitches while trying to check in. Surprisingly, our check- in was great! No pushy sales pitch!……

“We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Beautifully decorated. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Rooms were quiet and very clean. Short walk to the dance hall and restaurants. Each room had a view of the river. Smelled wonderful!!!! We will be back for sure. ”

“Excellent place to stay that is clean and homey with several places to shop and eateries nearby. Close to Gruene, and all of the tourist sites. Only drawback was the size of the bed, queen. Could have put a king size bed in the large room easily, but not a huge deal. Highly recommend! A+”
