“Location was great and property was all we needed. One nit, as a VRBO owner myself, was no coffee for first morning. Otherwise, all good.”

“Our group had 8 adults, and these condos worked out perfectly for us!! We took our own Floaties, but there are some there to use. The river is right down from the condos, and you can just hang out and float! The place was super clean, and Mark (the owner) as super easy to work with. ”

“Myself, husband, and 18 year old daughter were in town for TXST new student orientation. The home was neat and tidy. It’s best for two but we only needed the couch bed for one night as our daughter only stayed with us the night before orientation started.Location is super close to campus. You could walk if you don’t mind walking up a very steep hill. The welcome gift of wine and a 30 gift certificate to the Palmer Restaurant was much appreciated. (Side note the home is next to the restaurant……

“This could have not been more comfortable! It was peaceful, clean, cold in the room and lots to do on the property. We Will absolutely be coming back. The only issue we has was an accidental double booking on VRBO but it got handled. Also, there were no check in and out checks instructions sent to me. I found that difficult because unless you’re on that Wi-Fi, you won’t get it. So it was hard to get a code to get in and I didn’t know how to leave the cabin other than what I’m used to doing when……
