“There is no elevator. The smell in the corridor is very bad. The room also smells very bad.”

“This was a well located property at the heart of Park City. The property was clean and spacious. Overall it was nice, but technology was outdated and the condition was needing a remodel or some maintenance. I would stay again.”

“I host an annual ski trip comprised of friends from across the country. We go to the Park City area every other year. It is nearly impossible to beat the convenience of this house with both great town access and ski in / ski out. David is also an incredibly responsive and helpful host. If you have a larger group, one item you may want to have in mind is that the access to the slopes / the hot tub is through one of the bedrooms so you'll want to get some salt to clean off some steps on the side……

The location of this property is perfect, just a block to Main Street and all the great options Main Street has to offer with food and shopping. Great vibes! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was just what we needed. Nice and cozy. Also, fully stocked kitchen. The host was easily accessible and was quick to answer any questions we had when trying to find parking, etc. Great place! I would definitely go back again.”
