“We did not have the breakfast as we had 6:30 am labs to do. The hotel is very clean & quiet & in an excellent location for getting to Mayo. We walked outside but they also have access to the subway so you don’t even have to set foot outside if you don’t want to. The AC unit was clear up next to the ceiling & my husband had to stand on the bed to reach it & adjust the temp. Other than that & maybe a few updates that need to be done it’s a good, clean place to stay. In fact, we will have to go……

“Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in……

“walking distance to downtown and clinic. however, not to St Mary's hospital. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen with washer and dryer and large living room. Don't know if all the apartments are that large. very clean and comfortable. A problem with one of the toilets was fixed within hours. Free parking but no shuttle to hosp or airport.”
