“Christie is such a great person, easy to contact, communicate with and a joy to just visit with her ! We love staying here, it’s a perfect location to all that we enjoy. The unit is simply wonderful in all aspects ! Christie was so concerned about the TV, so she changed to a larger size; she brought extra lights to cover a few dark areas, always being concerned about one’s comfort, what a great Host ! “Wanted to see the sights and sounds of downtown Sarasota and this place provided the perfect location and comfortable feel. Christina was very attentive and welcoming. We were just a few blocks from downtown so it was very easy walking to restaurants and shops. Had a very nice stay and would definitely stay again!”

“We felt there was misrepresentation due to the cheerful photos which this place is anything but cheerful. There is obvious flood damage and rot right on the front door and mold everywhere. The bathroom was cramped and unclean and there was no spot to hang a towel. The bed and coverings were very old and the mattress was just so bad there aren't words. We felt very unsafe in the neighborhood especially at night when there were people running by our windows at night from the police sirens and lots……
