We have been coming to the area for 30 years. Our timeshare that we own was not ready to open after last years hurricane. This definitely took the sting out of not being able to be on the beach. Despite the impact of hurricanes Helene and Milton in late 2024, many restaurants and shops have recovered and are open for business, which was a pleasant surprise.The condo itself is very spacious, featuring a bedroom and a large living room. The closeness to restaurants and Lido beach meant we didn't have to drive everywhere and pay for parking. Property Management was easy to deal with and very responsive.
