“Nice place. Would go again, for sure. The outdoor seating area is on the side of the hotel near a busy road, so it was a little noisy, but not too bad. It seemed to share a pool with the neighboring hotel, but space was not a problem.”

“We spent the month of February here and enjoyed it very much. The exterior of this home is very attractive, but the recently renovated open concept interior is outstanding, especially the first-rate kitchen and bathrooms. We needed to get a butane lighter and also clean out a few orifices on the outdoor grill, but then it worked fine. The nearby road noise and jets overhead are tolerable, but they are a frequent presence. Other than that, the location is fairly convenient by car to multiple……

“The house was perfect for our needs. Close to nbp for my daughter regatta. Walking distance to a great restaurant Food Beer, highly recommend. The house was super clean, the host were very responsive and check in was a breeze. Loved the beach towels and beach chairs so we could enjoy the beach. Would stay here again. ”

“We were looking for a retreat from tournament play at IMG and Premier Sports. This place was a perfect choice for unwinding after busy days. It’s centrally located to beautiful beaches, grocery, Starbucks and UTC shopping. The house was clean, linens were stocked, the pool was lovely, and there was ample space for relaxing. Would rent again. ”

“My husband and I spent the month of March at Alyce’s rental in Fruitville. It was exactly what we saw in the photos of the property. You will want for nothing, whatever you need for anything is already there for you. The suite downstairs was beautiful, guests had their own space, giving everyone privacy. The pool was a nice bonus, we would advise adding a cage or cutting down the live oak as it is a messy tree. It doesn’t give much shade. The backyard is very nicely appointed with enough seating……
