“Everything about this cottage was just right. The location. The space. All just right for our stay. Walking distance to the village shops and restaurants, the pier and the park was just right for exploring with our two-year old granddaughter. The only thing we missed was a Keurig for morning coffee, but that was an easy fix with a walk to the local coffee shop. Stay here. It’s just right!”

“The property was wonderful. Everything we needed and really great views. The only problem we had was mosquitoes, several silver fish and something in the sink that looked like a tick (wasn't sure). It wasn't really an issues to us, but may be to the next person. :-) I've stayed in several of the units at Pier Point, but this one was by far the nicest. Thank you!”

“We truly enjoyed this condo. It was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. We loved the balcony right on the water and the proximity to town was wonderful for being able to walk to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The unit location is perfect if you want to be in the center of attraction. We have traveled to SSI many times and stayed in this complex twice. My only recommendation is to make available a key to exit the pedestrian gate to the village, pier and street. ”
