“We just needed a place for a couple of nights so that we could make the day trip to Dry Tortugas NP. This fit the bill! It wasn’t fancy but we felt safe and were easily able to fit our family of 5. But I wouldn’t have stayed for longer than 2 nights as we would’ve been cramped. We had everything we needed and all the necessary instructions ahead of time. And the view off of the back deck was pretty incredible! Also, if you don’t have a sound machine, be prepared for a rooster alarm clock!”

“This home is well maintained and very comfortable. The management company was easy to communicate with and all instructions were clearly labeled in the home. This home is within a half block to Duval Street, easy walking distance to all the shops, cafes, bars, Southern most point, and beach. My family of four had plenty of space in the home which is beautifully decorated. The AC, wifi, and appliances are all in perfect working order. The pool is clean and at a comfortable temperature. “This house is gorgeous , with a large kitchen, dining, living area. It’s tastefully decorated with Caribbean colors throughout. All the king sized beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to sit on the porches with morning coffee. This property is special for its privacy, nice heated pool, and parking for two cars. We were all sad to leave!”

“We had a fantastic stay, lots of room for our kids and even room for our family when they came over. Watched the sunrise on the enclosed deck every morning and evening had a walkway toSit on the water. Definitely recommend this location!!”

“The location worked perfectly for our group. We were lucky to find two properties to rent in the same area for our large group. The location was near all of the areas that we wanted to visit. It was clean and looked recently renovated. Thank you for letting us stay. ”

“A true beach house, great views, just the basics. Some bugs, no streaming on tv, no corkscrew or dishwasher soap so we were scrambling to meet checkout requirements the night before. Visit from maintenance was not coordinated prior to them showing up and owner gave us some back for the inconvenience ”
