“Once we found it - not easy because of trash can blocking gate - entry was straightforward. Parking and alley access were not an issue, but the alley itself was a little sketchy. Entrance needs some landscaping upkeep. Apartmnet was as shown in pictures. Nice kitchenette and appliances. Bathroom was very nice. AC worked well. Couch was a little large for the space and quite uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed is in serious need of replacement. The floor also needs some maintenance as……

“We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin.”

“The property itself was clean, nice, and secure. It is small but cozy. They made use of all the space. The neighborhood was questionable, which made walking not an option. I thought we would be next to a target; as I saw in the pics, this was not so. Overall, it was a decent stay. ”

“This was my first experience living in a tiny house. This one has plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet of its tranquil garden setting. Minimalist interior. Very clean. “Rented this property for Memorial Day weekend to be within easy drive or Pedernales State Park, Balcones Wildlife Refuge and the local wineries in the area. As the review title states....this experience was a mixed bag. I can't say there was good and bad, rather there was good and somewhat frustrating......but not bad. The Good: Property is definitely unique. Very clever setup and we didn't feel cramped being just the two of us and two small dogs Appliances are new and the hotplate and toaster……
