“Property is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The rooms were clean however the hotel is currently in the middle of a construction zone. The rooms were comfortable except for a rug that was a trip hazard. Also, in the bathroom, you hit your head on the cabinet when you use the toilet. “This place is an incredible value with all the comforts of home. It even has limited cookware, and the apartment building has free, freshly ground coffee in the lobby! The only thing that wasn’t perfect about this property was the washing machine. It’s a front loader and was full of mold and stunk, so I decided not to do a load of laundry while there. Aside from that, though, this place was exceptionally clean and has great views from TWO balconies of downtown Austin and the river!”

“The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. This trip was in September and in December I was finally told they would not refund me nor give me a partial refund for the night I wasn't there. I waited to see if they……
