“This home is a perfect place to stay for vacation. I would recommend making an effort to travel to Waterlo and staying here. It’s close to Huyck Preserve and Thatcher Park for hiking and plenty of other spectacular places to play outside. And it’s close to Albany. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating to all our needs and questions. They recently renovated this house and did a really great job making it feel spacious and welcoming. It’s immaculately clean and has all the features……

“Our family of four needed to travel to Albany area for a family event and we are not fans of hotel rooms. The Watervliet Retreat was a perfect stay for our family. Literally within 15 mins of everywhere we needed to be, 3 bedrooms (1 of the bedrooms is a very comfortable pull-out sofa) with extremely comfortable beds. Extremely clean and well-presented. A supermarket within a few mins walk as well proved very helpful. Lastly, despite it being on what looked like a busy streetfront, the house……

“The home was comfortable and was located in a great location. Owner described property accurately. Our only concern was there were guests in the garden apartment and their child was very loud. We had a hard time falling asleep at night. In the upstairs bedroom you can’t hear the garden apartment but you can in downstairs bedroom. ”
