“ We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. “We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the tenant above was also very quiet, and has the cutest dog's. We ate at the Ugly Rooster café, ……

“Mike's home is very easy to find, is well maintained and is located on a very nice and quiet street. We felt right at home the minute we pulled into the driveway! Check in was smooth and easy. The entire house is very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for us!”

“Lovely well maintained Victorian home on a corner lot. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and landscaping were nice. Two block walk to watch trains. Large dining and livingroom. The only issue that became a large issue is that there are only two mini splits for air conditioning. The dining/livingroom and one bedroom upstairs had air conditioning. The remaining bedrooms, while beautiful, were stifling hot. The kitchen was small but well appointed and I was able to bake a wedding cake easily but the……

“Great rental. David is so accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seating inside and out. Enjoyed the deck, the 3 year old loved the beach and fishing off the dock, and the boats were fun. ”

“This house was perfect for our needs uniting 4 families with kids ranging from 8 to 15 in one house! We all loved the pool, movie theater, game room, huge yard, basketball court and more. There were a few issues with the house, but the owner was very responsive and fixed them right away. We would definitely stay here again! ”
