“Overall was good and we enjoyed our family visit. We were disappointed with lake levels at this time of year so lake could not be accessed from the property. Recommend checking USGS lake data before traveling with any watercraft. House was nice. Knotty pine paneling and ceiling were a great look Kitchen area was fairly well equipped. Comfortable family room as shown in photos on the site. Two bedrooms were great size. Two were quite small, but we made do. Parking was good. Covered……

“14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!”

“Family was in for a graduation at RPI. Everyone reported that the beds were very comfortable. We did not find anything to be lacking. The washer/dryer was great & got used probably 5-6 times. The back porch & yard were nice to hang out in. The house was very comfortable & accommodated the 6 of us quite nicely. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Albany/Troy area in the future. Neighborhood was quiet & not too far from anything.”

“This cottage by the lake is a very special place! We were overjoyed when we arrived to see such beautiful grounds, a gorgeous house, a picturesque lake and a very cute cottage! Tony, our host, was very welcoming and charming. It was a pleasure to get to know him and spend sometime in relaxed conversation.
