“We were in town for Farm Aid. We love walking around and looking at all of the historic homes so Lake Ave was a perfect location. Close to town and restaurants and easy access to everything else. The place itself was perfect--quiet, clean and cozy. Love Saratoga!”

“Everything in this property seemed new. It was very clean and smelled nice. There were extra towels, pillows & blankets if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. On check out, we did not need to do anything which was really nice. We have stayed in other properties in which we needed to take out the trash, put towels in the laundry, etc. It was great to be able just to go on the last day. The location was close to Price Chopper, and many restaurants. ”

“My boyfriend and I came to Albany for a concert and chose this rental as it offered great parking and was within walking distance to the venue. Linda offered an amazing stay with a very clean environment. The only downside that we experienced was the bed is quite squeaky, getting up to use the restroom in the middle of the night was quite loud. But overall would recommend this property! We would love to stay again next time we are in Albany! ”

“Convenient and nice 15 minute walk to mvp arena. Has everything one really needs except a nearby grocery store within walking distance but plenty within a 10 minutes drive. Seemed relatively safe. Stayed three nights. Internet seemed to lag at times so maybe it's capped? ”

““Just outside” stockade may be a better description. Just across from Union College the neighborhood seemed safe but less that middle class. Parking was adequate but awkward with a “dually” truck in the back parking area. Manageable but awkward. Could use better TV instructions. The “K cup” portion of the coffee pot didn’t work and there were some minor maintenance items that could bring up the interior. It is a good value. It was clean and functional.
