“The reception staff were excellent. They were very polite and offered tremendous assistance to our request. We felt like home. The rooms were spacious, tidy and comfortable. We were most impressive with the cleanliness of the rooms and the house keeping staff did an excellent job ! “Lovely hotel in good location but the stars are the staff. I had air conditioning issue and tv issue and they sorted both out quickly which is sign of good service. Gabe the young man in the bar, only 18, serving drinks, snacks and taking dinner orders on his own was very happy, cheerful and professional. He should be promoted. Angelo on reception does a 1st class job as does Vania - her handwritten welcome notes really make a guest feel special. Thank you from a solo traveler.”
