“Great clean unique hotel. Loved all the Irish culture and ambiance. The attached bar, Frank O’Dowds, is a wonderful unique Irish pub. We saw a great band on Friday & Saturday nights. The pub is the same place you go for their continental breakfast; don’t wait too long to eat because breakfast favorites will run out fast. The room are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom toilets could be upgraded to a higher, handicap accessible height. Overall great stay, great staff and servers. Will……

“The hosts were great. The coffee was waiting for me at 6 am. The breakfast was delicious! I called it biscuits and gravy but it was more like french tost lol we had some great laughs. I will plan another trip here in the future. Downtown Galena is really neat. We checked out some hiking trails and had a blast. ”

Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated, making it instantly comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made it easy to enjoy meals at home when we wanted to. “We loved our stay at the Barn-dominium. We arrived late and Tim had a fire going in the fireplace for us upon arival. The place was the perfect size and the details that Tim put into it were amazing. By far the best Vrbo we have stayed at in Dubuque and we will continue to return to this place. The adjustable bed was very nice and we enjoyed all the unique lighting throughout the place. We wish we could have had the time to stay longer.”
