“非常有渡假感的飯店，有單次性車站來回接送。下次再到策馬特，會再選擇的飯店。”

“Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw……

“酒店位置距離Zermatt 車站只是數分鐘步程。一踏進酒店，已得到前台職員親切友善的招待。所入住的房間很大，前後均有露台，且裝修很美，床鋪整潔舒適。住宿期間已包早餐， 美中不足的是，房間內沒有提供電熱水煲和雪櫃等設施，似乎都沒有空調（因沒有看到任何出風口），要打開窗門才可。但綜合各方面後，也給予很高評價！ ”

“I choose the Matterhorn view room, it’s really good view from the balcony. The hotel provides a pickup service, so good for a luggage traveller. There is indoor and outdoor warm water swimming pools and spa, you can enjoying the Matterhorn view when swimming. ”
