The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the……

“Koselig Alpehotell i fantastiske omgivelser. Hyggelige eiere av hotellet, som også hadde god kunnskap om området, og om viner fra sveits som de villig delte. Når vi forlot hotellet kjørte vi via Moosalpene etter anbefaling fra dem, det var en spektakulær tur. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There are two small markets in the area in case you want to grab some snacks. There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again.”

“酒店距離火車站3分鐘，隔離有超市，不過6時左右就close,附近冇餐廳選擇，只可以在酒店吃，不過都ok,酒店午餐唔算貴，酒店有露台，望見馬特雄峯，環境清幽，20分鐘有一班shuttle train 去策馬特，都幾方便，這個價錢比起住策馬特優勝，推薦”

“飯店離策馬特火車站有一段距離，如果有行李務必要搭乘計程車。但飯店的位置離馬特洪峰又更近，很適合想要一早追日出的人，並且飯店早餐很棒，我還會想要再住一次。”

“A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.”

“Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw……

“Friendly staff. I can see the Matterhorn directly from the balcony of my room. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. Location is good, only 10 minutes away from the station. ”

“I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center. I love getting little chocolate treat……

“位置優越，由車站步行到酒店只需要5分鐘，行出大路已經有超市，很多餐廳，去山上的車站亦只需要步行5－10分鐘便可以到達。早餐很豐富，用餐地方環境大，酒店很大間但亦不會覺得擠擁，隔音設備亦算不錯。唯一是露台環境比較簡單，如果有桌子會較好。”
