“We love the Thunderhead Lodge and have stayed in many of the rooms. We love this place. The only thing I could say negative is that the pool is no longer 102 degrees. The heater doesn’t work as well and they’ve tried to fix it but it isn’t working still. It was about 92 degrees according to the owner who’s in a law suit with the company that fixed it. So hopefully they get it back to where it was because if it’s windy outside at all during the winter, it’s unbearable to go in.”

“We loved staying in this house. The setup worked well for me and my 3 sisters. Loved seeing the view of Mt Hood and the Columbia River! We also really enjoyed going to the close by farm that has zebras, giraffes, camels, and more. This house isn’t far from a bridge to cross over and go to The Dalles and also Hood River. Beautiful area to visit!”

“We had a wonderful stay in Mosier - complete with a holiday wreath, tree, and lights. We loved the train that came by throughout the day. We were headed to Hermiston; Mosier was a nice half-way point on our short road trip. Breakfast goods and a warm welcome were much appreciated "touches" to our stay. ”

“Good location, good size for multi family, older and is rustic so don’t expect extravagant. Fit well for my family and was priced great. ”

“The house is intentionally designed to host groups of people, generously equipped with 4 bathrooms (3 showers) and has a great kitchen, 2 patios and a back yard for outdoor gathering. The views of the Gorge and Mt Hood are great. We had a few minor maintenance issues and didn't get a response from the host but overall we had a great stay and would stay again.”

“Lovely house in a great location. Host was fantastic. We had a minor issue our first night, and the host replied immediately and the issue was resolved by morning. Walking distance to all the restaurants and several hiking trails. Great house for families or large groups. ”

“Perfect location to walk to fun snow play. Perfect accommodations and amenities to cozy up and get warm. Play all day, dry your gear by the fire, relax in the hot tub while the kids game upstairs, rinse and repeat. Can't wait to stay again.”

“Wonderful stay with access to snow outside the door. Paths to walk on and sledding near by. Home was comfortable. Extra blankets were needed in the night for the kids. Heaters worked but gave off a symphony of knocks and bangs. Kitchen had everything needed for home cooked meals. ”
