“My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. Wasn’t a deal……

The host family is generous, communicative and accommodating and also respectful of the privacy that we wanted. “We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Frederick and Harper’s Ferry is very convenient. It’s lovely to site by the water fall and the pool was nice as well Owner has stocked the kitchen with lots of goodies and nice things in the bathroom as well There is a very musty order that hits you the minute you walk in. We considered only staying a night but we really wanted this must needed get away. I tried to reach out to Andrew after I left directly to let him know but there is a mushroom growing in……
