“I had a paid reservation at this Bed and Breakfast and when I arrived no one answered the door, or the phone. There were piles of snow blocking street parking and the walkway, and stairs were covered in snow and ice. I ended up having to make a reservation at the Embassy Suites.”

“.When we arrived the owner was there to tell us her furnace was out and couldn't be fixed till the newt day. She offered to give us a refund right away but not knowing the area we said we stay there. She had purchase a space heater and got us set up. There were additional space heaters in the upstairs bedrooms. Everything turned out fine. Was a nice stop over on our way to Virginia to visit friends. ”
