“The room never really cooled down. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was too hot in the room for me.”

“Overall stay was good.. staff was excellent especially Jeremiah the bartender, and the lady who took care of breakfast every morning. What was offered for breakfast was hit or miss and the breakfast options were often late ..Please give the lovely lady who does this all herself an aide who isn’t also checking people in and out. The bar drink options were extremely limited if you were a wine or beer drinker.. this was a celebration weekend if graduation for almost everyone in the hotel, but……

“Our stay at MCM Elegante -Lubbok was pleasant. Our check in took a little longer than I would have liked but I believe it was because I had booked through a third party. However everyone was friendly efficient. Room was clean. We were grateful for the shuttle service to the TT graduation. ”

“Lubbock TX and some of the hotels can be rough and dirty. Not so with this property. Clean and fresh. Yes, it’s immediately adjacent to the highway, but it seems sound abatement (at least on the front of the hotel facing the highway) was a focus during construction. The landscaping at any property is Lubbock is a significant, if not an impossible challenge. So a small negative on this one element. The ‘free’ breakfast was adequate. The staff polite, helpful and available. ”

“We enjoyed a comfortable stay at the hotel. It was very convenient to Texas Tech campus. I would stay here again if the need arises. One complaint is the toliet is low and bed is high!”
