“We chose to stay at the Scottish Inn because I waited too long to book anywhere to stay for my daughter’s graduation. The reviews all said that it was clean so I took a chance. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was much closer to campus and my daughter’s house in Tech Terrace than I thought it would be. “Lubbock TX and some of the hotels can be rough and dirty. Not so with this property. Clean and fresh. Yes, it’s immediately adjacent to the highway, but it seems sound abatement (at least on the front of the hotel facing the highway) was a focus during construction. The landscaping at any property is Lubbock is a significant, if not an impossible challenge. So a small negative on this one element. The ‘free’ breakfast was adequate. The staff polite, helpful and available. ”

“Our stay at MCM Elegante -Lubbok was pleasant. Our check in took a little longer than I would have liked but I believe it was because I had booked through a third party. However everyone was friendly efficient. Room was clean. We were grateful for the shuttle service to the TT graduation. ”
