Leigh-Anne gave us detailed instructions of how to locate key for property and some nice welcome touches when we arrived.Place is beautifully decorated and kept and right next to the beach which was ideal for the dog.Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing break away.”

Trotzdem aufgrund seiner Lage perfekt für eine Erkundung (Süd)Schottlands geeignet. Und auch ein Ausflug zum Glennfinnan-Viadukt war machbar...”

“This was our second stay at Binny Cottage. The cottage is a beautiful, comfortable place from which to explore the East Neuk. The cottage has a spacious kitchen and family room on separate floors, two recently renovated baths and 3 bedrooms with a bonus TV room that can be converted. The garden is gorgeous and the views of the harbour and the chimneys of the town are breathtaking. The biggest improvement since our last stay in 2022 is a separate outbuilding with a new W/D. An absolute must when……

“This is a very nice property ideal for a large family or maybe 3 couples. Three fishermen cottages from the mid-1700s have been converted to make this spectacular house with incredible views over the Firth of Forth. It has been tastefully renovated and is well equipped. We were there with 7 people, two children 4 & 7, one young adult, and two couples. It worked very well for us. The only slightly negative thing I had to say was the loft room has a toilet but no shower and the kitchen area was……

“Had a lovely weekend staying at Birnie Cottage. Aileen was great at giving information prior to our arrival and gave us a lovely welcome with scones, butter and jam. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out 2 evenings enjoying the sun and the garden. The cottage is in a peaceful location and had the benefit of woods behind it that we could walk our dogs. Although the garden is enclosed it isn't……
