“The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and warm. The coffees.in the room really nice. The garden is small but neat. The river location is very peaceful. Restaurant food was excellent. The towels very soft , thick and large. The pool water was warm. ”

“I arranged to arrive between 5 & 6pm and was met by Stanley, the owner. As a fire risk assessor I can tell that a lot of money has been spent to get it to this high standard. The place was spotless, the bed was comfy and I had my first ever Ulster Fry for breakfast. ”

“The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”

“the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good……

“This property was very clean. Room had an ensuite which was great but the actual room was very small. A bit pricey for basic accommodation. ”

“Nice and tidy hotel near the city centre. Just 15 mins walking distance from Europa bus station. When we arrived at very beginning, the air condition was noisy and we requested to change another room. The staff are helpful and willing to change another room in the same floor. 鄰近商場及巴士總站, 轉變走多十分鐘便是主要大街. 附近亦有超市及找換店, 十分方便”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”
