“My husband and I only stayed for 2 consecutive Mondays but I sure wish it had been longer. The unit is perfectly set up for a vacation and has all amenities you could possibly need. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and sanitary. And the proximity to so many attractions is within walking distance. Definitely recommend this.”

“Clean, good communication, great location. Just Set expectations accordingly. It’s a motel with original everything- vents, tub, ocean air rust, all of it. Cozy, everything you need if you’re spending most of your time out and about. Everything works and again- CLEAN which is my highest priority.which is why I’ll be back there next trip!”

The property is very clean, the check in process and communication with property management is perfect. Waters, coffee and snacks are available in the common building. Highly recommend this property for a great visit to Dunedin.”

“Interior of our room, was cozy and clean. No one on site for questions or concerns, when you book, unaware there was interior rooms, fine print,, it's misleading as pictures on the site show a cottage,was ok safety wise, but, I chose this property to try something other than a "hotel style room" I would have just settled for a cheaper hotel had I known, the pool is tiny, doesn't appear tiny online and more time could be spent, 2x per day, tidying the pool and deck area of debris, appeared dirty……

“Downtown Dunedin & Cafe Alfresco are right on Pinelli’s Trail ..,this is a good place to stay to enjoy this famous biker-friendly trail, nearby Honeymoon Island, and this part of the Clearwater area.”
