“This property is located on a residential street, in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is active and vibrant. We were able to walk to the National Mall as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is brightly decorated, and feels spacious. The bed is very comfortable. A spa experience best describes the bathroom. The outdoor space has a large deck and charming back yard. We would definitely return for a future stay.”

“We really enjoyed the ability to take our senior dog out with ease and we used many of the amenities available to us. Everywhere we visited that week was easily accessible. i enjoyed being close to downtown but liked the feeling of being in a quiet neighborhood. You can hear owners upstairs but it did not both us. Communication was great with the owners. ”

“This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++”

“This property was a great find for us as we stayed in DC and visited sites around the Mall. It was fairly convenient to get to the Metro train station and bus stops. The neighborhood is a little rougher, but we felt safe throughout the stay, and street parking was always available right in front of the property. “We really enjoyed our stay here. It's close to downtown and easy access to the major tourist sites. The host was quick to respond to messages. There's a good barbeque place a couple of blocks away. The hosts live upstairs but are very quiet. Beds were comfortable. A private and cozy place to relax after a day spent exploring the city. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.”
