“The property manager was very communicative from the start. I enjoyed the stay and didn’t have any major issues at the home. The wifi went out for a few hours but the PM came and fixed it fairly quick. The living room is a bit dark during the day, but that’s minor Thanks you guys for a great stay for me and my family. We all enjoyed your home. Happy Summer!”

“This B&B was centrally located, clean,safe and quiet. However, even though I knew there would be no breakfast, I thought that like most B&B’s there would be the possibility of coffee or tea in the morning. There was no one home to welcome us or give information about nearby restaurants, etc. Why take the reservation if you can’t provide the amenities most B&B’s feature?”

“Home was clean, easy to find parking, and convenient to public transit via street car that runs to Union Station frequently. The host was very responsive when expressing needs or issues. We traveled with two senior citizens who struggled with the walk up to the 4th floor apartment. I live in NYC and not much makes me uncomfortable but the immediate corner has some folks outside day and night doing some sketchy business. That said, no one bothered us and I would return to this property as it was……

“This is a nicely renovated space located on Pennsylvania Avenue. We walked to the national mall. The Metro silver line is less than one block away. Perfect place for those playing tourist. ”

“The accommodations were excellent. Lots of space for me and family of four children. Love the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. There were ants too, although this was a minor problem for me, more so the children. Overall, my stay was……

“Before travelling to Washington I contacted the host to verify that the sofa in this unit was a pull out; we needed two sleeping areas. The host assured me that it was. Upon arrival, we discovered that it was not. The host eventually moved us to another unit. Communication with the host was not easy. As for this property, I would not recommend it. The bed was comfortable and the appliances were very nice. But there was a lot of noise inside the building, from doors slamming and footsteps. There……

“Overall the accommodations were great. Neighborhood on the surface wasn’t the best but there were no problems with the neighbors in the public housing across the street. My only complaint was I never had hot water for a shower.”

“The interior of the apartment is nice and clean, however, the area is very unsafe, with drug dealing and police cars going on all night. People hung out all night right across the street, playing loud music and yelling, making it impossible to sleep through the night. There is no parking in the property so we had to park our car on the street right where all those people were partying”
