“We loved our stay in this cozy and clean rental house. It was just enough space for my husband, mother, 3 year old daughter, and myself. “My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible.”

“We loved the beautiful yard for our dog and space for her to run and you can’t see the neighboring homes. Great views. The home’s very clean and has nice kuerig pods, and some extras for guest to use for cooking. No cell service,our phones said SOS but WiFi works ok. It is out in the country though so to go to restaurants - it was about a 20 min drive. There was a cow and a donkey that came for visits at the property fence. There was a a bit of a musty smell to the home and the staircase going……

“Our stay was superb! The house is lovely! It’s beautifully decorated and extremely clean! The train didn’t bother any of us even without the ear plugs provided by the owner. The best part was the neighborhood and close proximity to all the fun things Chattanooga has to offer families. Southside has so much to offer regarding coffee, lunch, and dinner, and the neighborhood felt so safe.
