“This house is very special! As other reviewers noted, you definitely should be OK with cobwebs and some wildlife. As long as you’re good with that, this house is gorgeous, better than described, even on the listing, full personality, and the dock access to the river is great. Our family hopes to return. We brought a pop-up sunshade so we could move shade with us to all the different outdoor sitting areas. And there are kayaks we were free to use as well!”

“Very nice vacation and get a way ! House was very comfortable and modern. The range and sink take sometime figuring out , but was nice to eat breakfast at the house ! The living room couch needs to be replaced , not comfortable, pretty but not comfortable! Thank you for wonderful time !”

“Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended ”

“Exceptional location and beautiful home. Extraordinary attention to detail and charm of this home left us all not wanting to leave after our 5 night stay. Indeed, my 8 year old son cried for a good hour down the road with how sad he was to be leaving the house as our dream Chattanooga vacation came to a sad, but inevitable end.”

“Very nice place to stay. I think everyone enjoyed it. Wouldn't necessarily recommend it for lots of kids due to all the cool breakable decorations, but had lots of room, was clean, spacious. As described and we would stay there again. ”

“Perfect cozy spot for the weekend”

“The welcoming yellow doors greeted us and set the mood for our week. Bright sunshiny HOT week, but so much to see and do. The pictures cannot show how comfortable the house is, especially for our dogs who enjoyed the fenced yard and the cool laundry room when it was way too hot for them outside. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were a nice retreat for an afternoon nap to beat the afternoon heatwave. The house was also in a safe quiet neighbohood and it seemed like……

“Perfect for a group on a trip! Great space! ”

“The property was awesome for our 3 adult couples and 2 1/2 year old toddler. The property was well appointed and very neat and tidy. The whole place was comfortable with lots of nice comfy furniture and ceiling fans. The play structure and inside kitchen toys were appreciated by the toddler. Everyone raved about the place. It was very close (but not walkable) to everything we wanted. Anyone with mobility issues should be aware that you must climb steps to enter the home, the king bed is raised……

“This little home was in the perfect location for our Chattanooga getaway! We got in our cardio workouts with the stairs a few times a day, which we needed from eating all the ice cream from Clumpie’s, lol! There is plenty of street parking available right in front of the house. The owner was quick with communication and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
