“We enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for families - it's right on the river with plenty of yard to play in. It's also only 15-20 minutes to downtown and even less to grocery stores (food city and whole foods are super close), coffee shops and a handful of breweries / restaurants. My daughter and I loved using the kayak and had fun trying to spot the bald eagle that nests nearby. The house is stocked with kayaks, SUPs, paddles, and life vests. “I have stayed at 8-10 other VRBO properties, so I have a point of reference for this property. First’s off, Fall creek falls park is wonderful and this property checks the boxes for traveling there in a short time.The property was nice and clean. One thing to note about this property is that it isnt close to… anything else. There are small mini marts about 10 minutes away but the closest grocery store of note is south 30 minutes away (walmart) or 30 minutes west in Mcminnville (kroger). ……
