“Where to start??? Gerben (and Rodinde) was the ultimate host, the houseboat was incredible, and the location was exceptional. We didn't know what to expect since the property was brand new to VRBO, so you can imagine our surprise and delight that EVERY detail had been thought through. From heated floors to plenty of kitchenware to a lighted mirror in the bathroom (not to mention the fancy Japanese toilet and sauna!), we felt very pampered. "Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "
