“Staff all friendly and helpful, bed is comfortable. Nice sized room Hotel is convenient and tucked away in safe area. Gym and pool are okay, need some upkeep. Good value for your money. Breakfast options can be improved.”

“For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue”

“I asked specifically to not be put in a handicapped room. Lady at front desk assured me it was not a handicapped room, but when I got in it was still a handicapped room. I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped.”

“The staff was very friendly. We spoke to both the assistant manager and general manager and they were very friendly, approachable and was willing to help us with anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who appreciates great service and a nice stay.”
