“The creek out back was amazing. The state had a burn ban in affect due to SEVERE drought so we couldn't utilize the fire pit areas. For being late in season there were not many options for dining. I just wish we could have spent more time at the lodge chillin outside, the running water from the creek and river were amazing. The new owners seem to be making upgrades, very friendly people. ”

“I was a little nervous about staying here - it offered the only rooms for under $400 on the night I needed to be in Burlington - but this is a gem of a motel. It's been totally redone, and the rooms were basic but spotless. I really appreciated the fact that I received a door code and didn't have to go to check in in person.
