“Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk,……

“Hotel was terrific. My only complaint is with the water pressure in the shower. ”

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“This is a beautiful classic hotel. It is meticulously cared for, everything is clean and lots of updates including charging stations and great wifi.the staff could not have been more accommodating. It is not a modern hotel but not for you if that’s what you want. It is a comfortable, beautiful property and I would stay there again.”
