“Rented home for a wedding at the Pine Hills. Very close to venue. Downtown a little further drive.Home was clean and well equipped with a spectacular view of Cape Cod Bay!’ Owners were easy to communicate with and check-in was seamless.Only one ding the gas fire pit on deck is probably ready for replacement. It is functional but on its last legs.Overall would rent again.”

“Very easy booking and accurate house description. Beds were very comfortable. And 3 full bathrooms! The master suite was big and featured a private balcony. All the bedrooms had great storage. Roomy updated kitchen with every appliance you could possibly need. We loved the location…close to the water and right by the park and tennis/pickleball courts. Also just a short walk to the gas station, bakery, and ice cream shop! Owners easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Definitely……

Great job by Capt John’s Boat Tours and the Caterer Salt of the Earth Catering. The location of this property is close to all amenities and the owner- Johanna was very friendly, very responsive to any communication and was available if needed. “We have stayed at the bungalows previously. It’s always been a great experience. The house has just what we needed for a short stay. The Mayflower had the perfect space for a family of 3 to visit the beach. Kitchen was a great size and well stocked. The property owner has always been nearby and responsive when we needed something. It’s great that you get two off street parking spots.”
