The listing does note exactly what they provide at the house, and we were glad to have taken note so we made sure to bring any essentials that wouldn't be included. “Had a family get together here and it was perfect! Lots of space with everything you need! The house and views are breathtaking! The private trail was an added bonus and we were very impressed by how far it went! So close to the slopes/snow tubing and you can see the slopes from the living room! We will be back for sure!! “My husband and I (and our pup) enjoyed our stay here! While the weather did not cooperate as we hoped for a weekend of hiking, the cabin was very cozy and we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices for cooking. I'd definitely recommend visiting when it's warmer to take advantage of the fantastic wrap around porch and firepit!”

“While we’re typically beach people, we decided to try some winter fun at Massanutten Resort. Fortunately, there was availability at this cabin and we weren’t disappointed. It was a great property in terms of spaciousness, amenities and close proximity to the slopes. The kids had a ball and loved the theater room. The owners were very responsive to our queries. “We didn’t spend a lot of time on property as we are an all women’s hiking group, so spent our days exploring the region, but while we were on property we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. In the cold of winter the fireplace really took the chill off! The train that occasionally came by was hardly noticeable. Would stay here again. ”

“This was the perfect romantic getaway. Communication with the property was so easy and fast, I asked about a couple details including the type of coffee maker (keurig duo) and they responded within minutes. We did have issues hooking up to the TV but it wasn't a top priority so didn't impact our stay. Cabins 9 and 10 are the first two you see when you drive in, so I can see how other cabins might be more ideal but we didn't have any issues with privacy even with tenants in the neighboring……
